This policy describes how Symbols of Wealth Studio (the "Studio") collects, uses, and protects information you submit through symbolsofwealth.studio.

01 Who we are

The Studio is operated by Lisle Abrahams, based in France. Contact: hey@symbolsofwealth.studio.

02 What we collect

When you send a message via the contact form, we collect:

We do not run analytics on this site. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not collect your IP address, browser fingerprint, or location beyond what Vercel logs at the network layer for routine hosting operations.

03 Local storage

The site uses your browser's localStorage for two purely functional purposes:

These values stay on your device. They are not transmitted to us or to any third party. You can clear them at any time via your browser settings.

04 Why we collect it

We collect the contact form data for one reason: to read and respond to your inquiry. Legal basis under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

05 Who sees your message

Form submissions are forwarded to a private Slack workspace channel (#leads) read by the Studio operator. Slack stores the message and any attachment as part of normal workspace history. Slack acts as a data processor on our behalf — see Slack's privacy policy.

06 Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Vercel processes routine network metadata required to serve the site. See Vercel's privacy policy.

07 How long we keep it

Messages remain in the Slack channel until the Studio operator deletes them. There is no automatic deletion schedule. If you want your message removed, write to hey@symbolsofwealth.studio.

08 Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these, write to hey@symbolsofwealth.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), the French data protection authority — cnil.fr.
