Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies and similar technologies the site uses. The short version: none. We do not set tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies on symbolsofwealth.studio.

1. Cookies

The site does not currently set any cookies. There is no analytics platform, no advertising pixel, no third-party embed that drops a cookie when you visit.

If we add an analytics tool in the future (for example, a privacy-first analytics service), this page will be updated and a consent prompt will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.

2. Local storage (not the same as cookies)

The site does use your browser's localStorage, which is a different mechanism from cookies. Cookies are sent with every HTTP request to the server; localStorage stays in the browser and is never transmitted.

We store two things in localStorage:

• sow-likes-* — your like counts on each project slide. Lets the heart icon remember which slides you've liked across visits.
• sow-locale — your selected language (EN or FR), so the site opens in the right language next time.

Neither value identifies you. Neither is sent to us, to Slack, to Vercel, or to anyone else.

3. Clearing localStorage

You can clear localStorage at any time:

• Chrome / Edge: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cookies and other site data.
• Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search "symbolsofwealth.studio" → Remove.
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.

4. Changes

If we ever introduce cookies or analytics, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
